Dosage

Drug Class and Mechanism

Kamagra Soft Tablets   belong to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase inhibitors.
An erection occurs when the inflow of blood to the penis increases through the blood vessels, and the amount of blood carried away from the penis decreases.
Sexual stimulation leads to the production and release of nitric oxide in the penis. Nitric oxide then activates the enzyme, guanylate cyclase, which causes the production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
